JOB ORIENTED COURSES

Mansha consultants is proposed to be designed for the students primarily of the Marginalized Communities where education and modern aids of education has not penetrated and the students when they interact/compete with the students of urban area feel secluded and most of them land in the complex of inferiority and often land into either spending a lot of money in coming at par with the prevailing development in the city or go back to their shells and leave their dream incomplete.

An in-depth study has been carried out by a team of professionals as given under in various areas of operation in which the team members have excelled at different levels. The team has identified the following shortcomings in the students of rural masses.

1 Communication

Although most of the students are good in communicating in their local language (using local dialects) which they find insufficient in making their points understandable.

2 Behavioural modes | etiquettes

The quality is of paramount importance if one wishes to deal with the modern environment in particular and modern world in general.

3 Computers

Training of computers for these students are almost negligible and they find themselves at a distance in dealing with the various requirement such as banking, railways, finding information about universities, jobs or any such requirement.

It has been decided by the team that a modular training of these three traits is mandatory for all except few exceptions before they are counselled to go to a specific area of job oriented training in any one of the following areas:

Ground staff at an airport perform several important duties to ensure the safety and comfort of airline passengers and crew members, including baggage, stocking aircraft with refreshments, and cleaning the plane and runway between flights. They do not fly the planes themselves but are responsible for creating a positive experience for passengers in both the aircraft and the terminal.

The job of ground staff is vast and varied. Some ground staff work directly with the aircraft, cleaning it inside and out between flights. These people must make sure the ramps, runways and surrounding areas do not have any garbage or debris present that could cause damage to the plane. Ground staff also includes technicians and maintenance workers that are responsible for making sure the plane is in good working order before takeoff, as well as those tasked with cleaning the cabin between flights.

Ground staffs also refer to people who work in the airport terminal itself. Some ground staff are responsible for inspecting, storing and transporting luggage, while others stock the aircraft with food and beverage items that are distributed during flights. Some ground staff members work directly with customers to answer questions and provide information regarding flight times, delays and any general queries the customer has before boarding. Ground staff work with the aircraft, crew and customers to ensure each flight is safe and enjoyable.
